Level 2 Arabic — Al-Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk, Book 1, Part 2
العربية بين يديك — الكتاب الأول، الجزء الثاني
Level 2 picks up where Book 1 left off and takes you through the second half. Your vocabulary widens into food, shopping, travel, weather, health and daily routine, while the grammar moves into past and present verbs, sound and broken plurals, and the idafah construction. Sentences get longer and reading gets faster.
Who it's for: Graduates of Level 1, or anyone who has finished the first half of Book 1 and can read, write and hold a simple conversation.

By the end of the course, students will be able to:
Read longer vowelled passages with noticeably better fluency
Write structured paragraphs using correct grammar and vocabulary
Understand intermediate-beginner texts and dialogues
Hold more detailed conversations on everyday topics such as meals, errands, travel, health
Conjugate verbs in the past and present tense
Form sound and broken plurals, and use the idafah (possessive) construction correctly
This level emphasizes active participation, consistent practice, and real-life application to prepare students for more advanced study in Level 3.
